Where It All Started
A simple observation led to something bigger
Back in 2019, one of our founders noticed something frustrating. His mum wanted to video call with her grandchildren on WhatsApp. His neighbour couldn't figure out how to share photos from her iPhone. Another friend felt completely left behind when everyone switched to apps instead of email.
These weren't technical problems — they were confidence problems. The apps exist. The phones work. But nobody was explaining things in a way that made sense without jargon or assumption.
That's when arcraw Limited started. We weren't building anything fancy. We were just teaching people the real skills they actually needed. Step-by-step. Without rushing. No condescension, just patience and clear explanations.
Today, we've trained over 800 people in the Galway area. Some come to our weekly workshops. Others follow our online tutorials. They're learning WhatsApp, Zoom, photo sharing, calendar apps, and dozens of other things they thought they'd never understand. And here's the thing — they're not just learning.
