Smartphone Essentials for Galway Seniors
We ran an 8-week foundational program at Galway Central Library teaching 24 participants ages 56–78 how to set up phones, install apps, and understand basic security. Participants left with confidence to explore their devices independently.

Staying Connected: Family Video Calls
Personalized sessions helping grandparents master FaceTime, Zoom, and WhatsApp video calls. 15 individuals completed the program, and most now video call family weekly without needing to ask for help.

A practical 4-week session covering WhatsApp setup, sending messages, sharing photos safely, and understanding privacy settings. 18 participants from Salthill Community Group completed the course and now stay in touch daily with family and friends.

Calendar, Reminders & Staying Organised
Practical guidance on using built-in calendar apps and reminders to track appointments, medication schedules, and social plans. Over 20 attendees from various Galway community groups learned simple techniques to reduce missed appointments.
